My father was working in the Madras Port Trust as a Superintendent. I used to get down at the Madras Beach railway station and walk to his office. I have seen the boxing posters and the life shown in this movie. And I am also a fan of underdog movies, being one.
This video flows from my conviction that we need to cross the barriers (like language) to reach out and appreciate work by artists who are creating for humanity. I watch many (and mostly) non-Tamil movies, thanks to friends who introduce fantastic creations in their languages and regions. So, here is my contribution to my non-Tamil friends.
